Floral Awakening

The Seasons We Keep

Arrange flowers, awaken within.

More than a vase - it's a practice. Through

seasonal stems, handmade vessels, and simple rituals, Floral Awakening invites you to slow down, notice what's in bloom, and connect with the natural world. Each season brings its own flowers, its own rhythm, and its own invitations to be present.

Every season has a story to tell, what's yours?

Begin Here

A PRACTICE FOR EVERY SEASON

In this short video, I'll walk you through my personal Floral Awakening ritual - from gathering seasonal stems to arranging with intention, and how this simple practice can bring more beauty, presence, and connection into your day.

MAKE IT A PRACTICE

Three simple ways to bring Floral Awakening into your everyday.

Gather a few seasonal stems, place them in your vessel or flower frog, and arrange slowly.

Let it be a quiet moment to create, notice, and appreciate the beauty around you. There's no right or wrong way - just an invitation to slow down and connect.

The Ritual

SIMPLE STEPS, A MORE MINDFUL HOME

floral awakening tradition

Flower frogs have been used for centuries in ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arranging.

They gently hold stems in place, allowing for natural, expressive designs. My handmade flower frogs carry this tradition forward — made to be used, loved, and part of your seasonal rhythms.

THE ART OF ARRANGING   WITH INTENTION

Let the season show you what belongs. A flower in bloom, a tiny leaf, an acorn, a bit of moss or an interesting branch - anything in nature can become an invitation to notice. Floral Awakening isn't about creating the perfect arrangement.

It's about seeing what's around you, gathering what speaks to you, and giving it a place to be appreciated.
